Where can I apply for a passport during COVID closures?
The Alameda County Law Library is not currently offering passport services.
You can use the search functionality on the U.S. Department of State's Passport Acceptance Facility Search Page to find the nearest location to apply for a passport. It allows you to search on zip code, state, or state/city, and has checkboxes for specifying criteria such as if the facility offers Handicap Access, Photo On-site, or Photo Nearby.
